Refund Policy

In the event that classes are canceled due to weather conditions or if Gabrielle Alexis is unable to teach, all participants will be notified immediately via email. Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days and issued back to the original method of payment.

Please note that no refunds or credits will be provided for students who are unable to attend a scheduled class. If you miss a class, you will need to book another session through our website.
