Cancellation Policy

Class Policy 1. Respect & Conduct All participants are expected to treat one another with respect. Disrespectful behavior—including bullying, harassment, discrimination, or negative comments—will not be tolerated. You will be asked to politely leave if continues. This is a space for growth, community, and self-expression. 2. Food & Drink -No outside food is permitted inside the class or studio area. -Light snacks are allowed during designated breaks. -Drinks are permitted but must be in sealed containers to prevent spills. 3. Camera & Recording Policy -You are not required to be on camera during class. If you do not wish to be recorded or photographed, please complete the No Video/Photo Consent Form prior to class. By participating without submitting the form, you consent to being recorded or photographed as part of class footage. 4. Class Footage & Social Media -I reserve the right to film and post class footage on social media, including Instagram. -All edited footage will be made available to dancers. Once the videographer completes the edits, I will post a WeTransfer link on my Instagram Story for 24 hours so you can download your videos. Please follow my page and check stories regularly if you'd like to collect your footage. -Gabrielle Alexis and her brand will not engage in collaborative social media posts, including co-posting, tagged approvals, or shared reels with students. -This policy helps maintain a family-friendly and professional brand image, as Gabrielle Alexis cannot control or be responsible for the context in which other students post content. Students are expected to be respectful and mindful when sharing any class-related media. Thank you for helping create a fun, inclusive, and respectful environment. Let’s dance and grow together!
